"Customer service that really lets you down"
What a total letdown of a company! I placed an order for a basket to be shipped to the UK, and the very next day, I got an email saying that the discount codes their site had applied automatically were no good. They wanted me to cough up the £72 that was supposed to be discounted.
But honestly, that wasn’t even the worst part. They didn’t make it clear that I’d have to pay tax since they don’t operate in the UK.

"Great Designs, But Stock Needs Improvement"

"Really nice Antoinette chair!"
I gotta say, the Antoinette chair is pretty great, and my chihuahua adores it. It goes well with my other furniture, which is why I picked this style. Plus, the faux fur looks amazing!
